Master Designer
Lindsay Gray's journey through the world of hairstyling began over fifteen years ago. Her skills have developed and strengthened with a number of hair courses, competitions, fashion shows and session work. As a platform artist and educator for Hair Affair Extensions, she travels the world training other stylists in new techniques. You can find some of Lindsay's work showcased in Salon Magazine, Amazing Canadian Magazine and Elegant Weddings Magazine. Lindsay has won Burlington's Readers Choice award in for Best Hairstylist as well as finished top 5 in Canada two years consecutively for the Contessa Hairstylist of the Year Awards. Lindsay's is Define Hair Design's hair extension expert and master of all cutting and colouring techniques.
Creative Designer
Stephanie was born into the beauty industry, her grandfather being a barber who owns a shop in Hamilton. Her passion for hair and cosmetology flourished as she attended Sheridan College, graduating the Cosmetic Techniques and Management program. After completing her certification in Make-up Application, she further continued her education, graduating from Oakville College Careers and Academics, receiving her Hairstyling Diploma. Stephanie furthers her education with Define by taking advanced courses such as Kevin Murphy's Back to Blue three day education, Street Style with Joey Marchese and Men's Cutting with Paul Pereira. She is a bubbly and outgoing individual who strives for satisfaction.
Creative Designer
Rebeka, from a young age, has always been fascinated by the hair and beauty industry. Graduating from the Donato Academy of Hairstyling, she has developed Vidal Sassoon connected skills and techniques. This allows her to customize designs for each individual, depending on their needs. She has certificates with Schwarzkopf, Keratherapy and CHI. She continues to grow with the Define team by continuously expanding her skills. Recently, Rebeka has taken advanced courses such as Kevin Murphy’s Back to Blue, Street Style with Joey Marchese and Men's Cutting with Paul Pereira. Rebeka specializes in curly hair.
Creative Designer

Saran began hairstyling at the very young age of six. She is a self-taught and very talented artist who specializes in braids and curly hair. She is also very strong in highlighting and creating dynamic blondes. She is continuously expanding her skills by taking advanced courses such as Schwarzkopf's Street Style with Joey Marchese. When faced with a challenge, Saran never fails to perform and present exceptional results. Her fun-loving personality shines at Define Hair Design.
Celeste Kazemekas
Junior Designer
Celeste was always the girl willing to try anything once with her hair. So, it was of no surprise to her family and close friends when she made the decision to attend Laurenzo's School of Hair Design in Hamilton. It was there in which she received her Diploma in Hairstyling with Honours. Celeste looks forward to continuing her education through multiple classes to ensure she keeps herself current. Always having a love for beauty, she is now excited to make a passion her career.
Master Designer
Erin has enjoyed a passion for hair for over 14 years. She keeps up with ongoing trends through various hair shows, technical courses and seminars. Erin utilizes her talents to compete in both stage and photo submission competitions including Schwarzkopf’s Hairapalooza , Contessa Hairstylist of the Year Awards and the Mirror Awards. She has certificates from Schawazkopf technical training and Kevin.Murphy. Erin specializes in curly hair and creating creative colouring combinations.
Creative Designer
Amy has always been the creative type with a flair for show business. During her experience as a competitive dancer, she developed an interest in hairstyling. That interest quickly became a passion that lead to a diploma from the Bruno Schools of Hair Design. Amy is evolving her talent with Define Hair Design as she completes various courses from renowned individuals in fashion and beauty. She has completed advanced courses such as Kevin Murphy's Back to Blue, Street Style with Joey Marchese and more. Amy has mastered free hand highlighting techniques including Balayage, Ombre and Root Stretching. She also enjoys working with and installing various kinds of hair extensions and men's hair cutting.
Creative Designer
Jacalyn's love for hair started young and led her to becoming a hairstylist. She has been in the hairstylist industry for four years. She has taken colour courses taught by Todd Kane, Master Colourist and artistic educator for Matrix. She also competed in American Crew All Star Men's Hairstyling Challenge 2015. Her love for hair continues to grow at Define Hair Design.
Creative Designer
Venicia has a passion for the beauty industry. At a young age, she was inspired by her famous uncle, Tony Odisho of Chicago. She has been in the hairstyling industry since 2011 and has continues her knowledge with attending many classes, including Metro Academy for colour and cutting techniques, tape extensions and fusion extensions. Venicia has great hands on experience working on extensions alongside her uncle in Chicago. She has won three styling awards including bridal and fantasy themes. She has a love for people and strives to get the exact look you are wanting. She is also our facial waxing and threading expert.
Junior Designer
Holly’s passion for hair immersed when she was a young girl. She has graduated from Niagara College with a Hairstyling Diploma. Holly uses her spare time attending courses in order to advance her talent and to stay up to date with trending styles. Holly competed in Sebastian’s “Texture Up-do” competitions. She specializes in Red Carpet Styles and Up-dos.
Junior Designer
Avriel has adored doing hair since she was a little girl. She graduated from the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program completing the hairstylist certification program. Avriel had attended many seminars and workshops to better her understanding of the techniques within the industry. Avriel was the first place winner of the 2015 Halton Technical Skills Competition and placed 16th in all of Ontario. She continues to demonstrate her talent as a part of the Define Team!
